For our website visitors, we do not use cookies and we do not collect any personal data. 

At Hey Low, we are committed to complying with GDPR, CCPA, PECR and other privacy regulations on our website and service. The privacy of your data is important to us. 

As a visitor to our website, unless you interact with us, no personal data is collected. 

We do not track, collect nor store any personal data or personally identifiable information. We do not track people across their devices and across websites and apps that they visit. All the data is isolated to a single day, single website, and single device only. There is no way to know whether the same person visits a site from more than one device or visits another website;
We do collect non-personal data via Plausible Analytics, a lightweight and open-source web analytics. No cookies and fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Made and hosted in Estonia (EU). For more information, please refer to Plausible Analytics data policy.

What we collect when you interact with us

When you submit a form on our website, we will ask you the following personal data in order to contact you and send you a quote for our services:

  • Your name;
  • Your company;
  • Your job role;
  • Your email;
  • Your country;
  • Your budget;
  • Your timeline;
  • How did you hear about us.

All emails are sent using a third-party email provider. Emails and newsletters (should you choose to subscribe to them) are sent using Brevo. See the Brevo Privacy Policy for full details.

Our website is hosted on 100% renewable energy powered server in London, United Kingdom. The server is owned by Krystal, a company registered in England and Wales. See Krystal privacy policy for full details. Although we use Krystal as a server, all data collected via forms is processed through Brevo.

We use Cloudflare (a company located in San Francisco, California, USA) DNS and DDoS protection. Cloudflare complies with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. For our forms, we also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a GDPR-compliant verification tool that replaces traditional CAPTCHAs. See Cloudflare privacy and data policy for full details.

Retention of data

We will retain your information as long as necessary to provide you with the services or as required by law.
We will retain and use this information as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect Hey Low’s legal rights.

Your legal rights

You have the right to request updates to your information, as well as the ‘right to be forgotten’, in accordance with European law. Any requests to update or delete data should be sent to hey@heylow.world and will be responded to within 30 days.

Your consent

When you visit our website, you consent to our privacy policy. If we work on a project with you, signing our initial contract indicates your consent to our using your data as outlined in the terms and conditions of our contract, and in this privacy policy.

Changes to our privacy policy and questions

We may update this policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any new practices. Whenever we make a significant change to our policies, we will also announce them on this website page.
